摘要
为探讨蓝莓蛴螬的防治方法,采用室内试验,以施药浓度、施药方式和施入土壤深度为三因素按正交试验设计,研究了白僵菌不同方法防治蛴螬的效果。结果表明,最佳毒杀组合为施药浓度1×10~9cfu/g、施药方式为粉剂拌土、施药土壤深度为20cm。
In order to explore the effect of Beauveria bassiana on chafer larvae, application concentration, methods and depth was tested in laboratory. The results indicated that spraying concentration of 1 × 10^9cfu/g is the best one, the mode of administration of powder mixed with soil, spraying the soil depth 20cm.
