冬眠期和非冬眠期狗獾体内脂肪酸组成检测与比较 被引量:1

The detection and comparison of badger fatty acid composition in hibernation and non-hibernation

摘要 为了对冬眠期和非冬眠期狗獾体内脂肪酸组成进行比较,试验采用气相色谱法进行检测。结果表明:狗獾油脂中不饱和脂肪酸含量均大于饱和脂肪酸含量,其中非冬眠期狗獾不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,但其主要功能组分油酸含量较低;冬眠期狗獾饱和脂肪酸含量较高,但其功能组分含量较高,而如肉豆蔻酸等诱发高胆固醇的组分含量较低。同时,利用已有研究的各脂肪酸组分的功能及与鸸鹋油主要组分的对比,预测狗獾油应具有治疗或缓解胃肠黏膜炎、炎性肠炎、耳炎、化疗所致的骨质酥松、关节炎等病症,并可能同样具有降低胆固醇、刺激皮肤和毛发生长、皮肤保湿、防蚊虫叮咬等功效。 In order to compare fatty acid composition of hibernation and non - hibernation badger, the experiment used gas chromatography. The results showed that the fatty acid of badger oil was mainly unsaturated fatty acid, and the unsaturated fatty acid content is higher in non - hibernation, but its main functional components of oleic acid content is low. Saturated fatty acid content is higher in the hibernation, but its function composition content is higher, and components such as myristic acid, which can induce high cholesterol content is low. According to the fatty acid composition of the badger and the comparison with emu oil, we predict the badger oil may have the cure or remission on gastrointestinal mucosa inflammation, IBD, otitis, osteoporosis after chemo and arthritis. It also may have the effect of lower cholesterol, stimulates skin and hair growth, moisturizing and cosmetic properties, insect repellent property and miscellaneous activities.
