根据雷击浪涌的原理,分析了户外LED灯具的机械结构和内部驱动器的电气结构,得出某LED灯具雷击失效的根本原因和LED灯珠与灯具外壳间寄生电容的关系。通过模拟雷击现象来重现失效现象,确认失效户外LED灯具结构存在的防雷设计缺陷,提出了避免LED灯具雷击失效的电气结构方案,并以试验验证。
According to the hghting surge operation principles and the depth analysis on its m^hanical structure and internal driver electrical structure=, the root cause of the outdoor LED lamp ihilure after the hghting surge was confirmed. The root cause of the lamp failure is exactly relative to the parasitic capacitance between LED indicators and lamp enclosure,. By reproduced the hghting surge failure phenomenon, the weakness of the lamp structure, in failed LED lamp was confirmed. A new electrical scheme for the outdoor LED lamp is proposcxl to prevent the outdoor LED lamp from the hghting surge with experimental results.
