摘要
目的:探讨小剂量利妥昔单抗联合龙花胶囊对成人血小板减少症患者促血小板生成素,肾功能水平及临床疗效的影响。方法:收集我院就收治的90例免疫性血小板减少症患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予小剂量利妥昔单抗治疗;实验组患者在对照组基础上使用龙花胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者血小板(PLT)计数、促血小板生成素(TPO)、肾功能水平以及临床治疗总有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的PLT、TPO水平均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者PLT、TPO水平较低,Scr、BUN水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者临床治疗有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量利妥昔单抗联合龙花胶囊能够升高血小板减少症患者血小板以及促血小板生成素水平,改善患者肾功能,临床疗效较好,提高了治疗效果。
Objective： To explore the effects of small doses of rituximab combined with Long Hua Capsule on on the serum levels of TPO and renal function of adult thrombocytopenia patients. Methods： 90 cases of immune thrombocytopenia in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group were given small dose of rituximab. The experimental group patients were treated with long Hua capsule on the basis of in the control group Then the serum levels of platelet count（PLT）,promote thrombopoietin（TPO） and the renal function in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：Compared with before treatment,PLT,TPO levels were increased after treatment of two groups of patient,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）; compared with before treatment,the serum creatinine（SCR） and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） levels were decreased after treatment,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）; compared with the control group,PLT,TPO levels lower,SCR,bun level is higher of the patients in the experimental group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）; compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate was higher of experimental group of patients,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The low dose of rituximab combined with Long Hua capsule can increase the platelet and thrombopoietin levels and renal function in patients with thrombocytopenia,which can improve the therapeutic effect.
