水力喷射布置方式对页岩水力压裂效果影响 被引量:2

Effects of hydraulic injection arrangement on shale hydraulic fracturing

摘要 针对水力喷射布置方式影响页岩气开采压裂效果,建立了页岩气水平井水力喷射预制裂缝二维模型,利用数值模拟方法,考虑水力压裂压强、气藏埋深影响,分析了水力喷射布置方式、喷射角度对页岩气藏应力分布特征,给出了喷射布置类型、喷射角度对水力压裂影响面积,确定了最佳水力喷射布置方式.结果表明:相同水力压裂压强和采深下,对斜型、直斜型、单斜型三种水力喷射布置方式中,对斜型压裂效果最佳,其次是直斜型,单斜型最差;对斜型、单斜型最佳喷射角度分别为75o、60o,而直斜型最佳喷射角度为60o和75o;水力压裂压强越接近地应力,压裂影响面积减小越快,水力喷射布置方式影响越不显著. Hydraulic injection arrangement is a key factor of shale gas fracturing. A two-dimensional model of horizontal shale gas well was established, and the factors of hydraulic fracturing pressure and gas reservoir depth were considered. Using numerical simulation, the stress distribution characteristics of shale gas reservoirs were analyzed on different hydraulic injection arrangements and injection angle, and the optional hydraulic injection arrangement was presented. The results show that under the same condition of hydraulic fracturing pressure and gas reservoir depth, the optional arrangement is symmetric-incline, followed by the straight-incline and the same-incline. The optional injection angles of the symmetric-incline and the same-incline are 75 and 60 respectively, and the straight-incline's are 75 and 60. The closer hydraulic fracturing pressure gets to the ground stress, the more sharply the influence area of hydraulic fracturing reduce, and the smaller the influence of hydraulic injection arrangements.
