摘要
目的：分析与探讨细节护理模式在手术时护理应用效果.方法：以我院在2011年2月～2014年4月收治的280例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各140例,观察组采用细节护理方式,对照组采用常规护理方式.对比患者与医生满意度评分情况.结果：观察组患者的满意度评分（95.3±3.9）分,高于对照组（89.3±2.9）分.医生满意度观察组（92.36±2.04）高于对照组（86.98±2.6）分.结论：采用细节护理方式,能够有效提升手术室护理质量,保证手术顺利进行,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,应进一步加强推广与实践.
[ Objective ] to analyze and explore the effect of nursing care in the operation of nursing model in detail. Methods 280 patients treated in our hospital from February 2011 to April were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 140 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with detail nursing, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. The score of patients and doctors＇ satisfaction. Results the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group （95.3 3.9）, which was higher than that in the control group （89.3 2.9）. The observation group （92.36 ＋ 2.04） was higher than that of the control group （86.98 2.6）. Conclusion the detail nursing method can effectively improve the quality of nursing in operation room, ensure the operation smoothly, and improve the patient＇ s satisfaction with nursing work.
