摘要
目的分析优质护理对上消化道出血患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月就诊的上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为观察组50人以及对照组50人,观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,分析不同护理方式对患者的疗效差异。结果观察组的住院时间明显少于对照组,对相关疾病知识的掌握率、治疗配合度均明显高于对照组,住院7天上消化道出血的复发率显著低于对照组。结论优质护理可提高上消化道出血患者的治疗效果,降低复发率。
[ Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with upper digestive tract hem- orrhage. Methods A total of 100 cases with upper digestive tract hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observa- tion group of 50 people and the control group of 50 people from January in 2015 to January in 2016 in our hospital for treatment. The observation group was used the quality of nursing, the control group was given routine nursing care to patients. Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. The related knowledge of disease rate and treatment compliance were significantly higher than that of the control group, the hospitalization was 7 heaven digestive tract hemorrhage relapse rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The high quality nursing can improve the digestive tract hemorrhage treatment effect, and reduce the recurrence rate.
