摘要
星天牛是城市行道树悬铃木属植物的主要蛀干害虫之一。为了探讨星天牛幼虫的空间分布型及抽样技术,对上海市松江区城区6个路段的二球悬铃木进行了抽样调查,运用聚集度指标法和回归模型法对星天牛幼虫的分布特征进行分析。结果显示:星天牛幼虫在悬铃木上具有聚集分布的特点,以个体群为基本的组成成分,环境因素是导致其聚集的原因。建立了理论抽样数和序贯抽样模型,可为星天牛幼虫抽样调查、预测预报和防治对策的制定提供参考。
Anoplophora chinensis Forster is a serious pest which damages the branches of urban road trees Platanus spp. In order to understand the spatial distribution pattern and sampling techniques of A. chinensis larvae, study was carried out in 6 roads by survey- ing Platanus acerifolia in Songjiang Shanghai. Spatial distribution of the larvae was investigated by aggregation indices and regression analysis. Results showed that the larvae had an aggregated spatial pattern and basic component was individual group. Environmental factors were the main factors. Sequential sampling formula and theoretical sampling size were calculated by Iwao's theories, which provide the basis for field sampling,forecast and control of the pest.
