摘要
为探究毛棉杜鹃种子特性及不同储藏时间、储藏方式、不同植物生长调节剂处理对种子萌发的影响,开展毛棉杜鹃种子特性测定和种子萌发试验。结果表明:1毛棉杜鹃种子为具翅类型,种子千粒重0.1070 g。2毛棉杜鹃新鲜种子的发芽势和发芽率显著高于陈旧种子,4℃低温贮藏可以延长毛棉杜鹃种子寿命,保持其种子活力。3赤霉素能显著提高毛棉杜鹃种子的发芽势和发芽率,提高出苗整齐度,质量浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)时,毛棉杜鹃新鲜种子的发芽率最高,为75.56%。4吲哚乙酸对毛棉杜鹃种子的发芽有抑制作用,在100~200 mg·L^(-1)范围内,吲哚乙酸处理过的种子发芽势和发芽率均低于对照组。
To explore the germination capacity and speciality of Rhododendron moulmainense's seeds at different storage time ,different storage methods and different hormones, so to offer scientific basic for propogation and culture of Rhododendron moulmainense. The results are as follows : (1)The seed of Rhododendron moulmainense is winged and the thousand-seed weight of Rhodo- dendron moulmainense was 0. 1070 g. (2)the germination rate and germination potential of fresh seeds of the Rhododendron moul- mainense were significantly higher than those of old seeds, and 4 ℃ temperature storage can prolong the life of Rhododendron moul- mainense's seed and maintain the seed vigor. (3)When the concentration of the GA3 was in the range of 100 -200 mg · L-1, all the concentrations could promote the seed germination of Rhododendron moulmainense and increase the uniformity of emerged seedling; 200 mg · L-1 GA3 were the most effeeted concentration,the germination rate of fresh seeds is about 75.56% which is higher than that of other concentration. (4)When the concentration of the IAA was in the range of 100 - 200 mg · L-1, the seed germination of Rhododendron moulmainense was inhibited and the germination rate and germination potential of seeds were lower than those of CK.
