摘要
利用失重实验在模拟腐蚀介质中研究了Q235碳钢、316L奥氏体不锈钢、2205双相不锈钢和Monel合金在常压装置油相中的腐蚀行为,利用SEM观察了不同类型金属的腐蚀微观形貌,得到了S^(2-)和HCl在油相中对金属腐蚀的影响情况。研究结果表明四种材料的腐蚀速率都随着HCl浓度增加而增加,而S^(2-)则可显著降低油相中可钝化金属的耐蚀性。四种材料中2205双相不锈钢在常压装置油相中的耐蚀性能最好。
Mass loss experiments have been used to studycorrosion behaviors of Q235 carbon steel,316 L austenitic stainless steel,2205 duplex stainless steel and Monel alloy in oil phasein atmospheric distillation unit of refinery.The micromorphology of corroded sample surfaces was characterized with SEM.The effects of S^2-and HCl addition on corrosion performance of four materials were investigated respectively.The results showed thatcorrosion rates of all materials increased with the increasing of HCl concentration.However,S^2-ions mainly reduced the stability of the passive film of passivated alloys.Among four metals concerned,2205 duplex stainless steel showed the best corrosion resistance in oil phase of atmospheric distillation unit.
