摘要
目的观察肾康注射液与前列地尔注射液在2型糖尿病肾病患者中的临床疗效。方法选择86例2型糖尿病肾病患者,随机将其分为两组,即对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组采用前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上给予肾康注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.7%,对照组治疗总有效率为72.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液与前列地尔注射液在2型糖尿病肾病治疗中具有协同作用,临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection and Alprostadil injection in type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 86 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were selected,randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（43 cases） and the control group（43 cases）,the control group were treated with alprostadil injection,on this basis,the observation group were treated with Shenkang injection,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 72.1%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenkang injection and alprostadil injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy has synergistic effect,the clinical efficacy was significant.
