摘要 目的探讨成人髂嵴连线所经脊柱水平与身高、体重的相关性。方法选择本地区成人161例,观测平卧位腰椎平片上髂嵴连线所经脊柱水平,分析与身高、体重及体重指数的相关性。结果男性髂嵴连线位置随身高、体重的增长有下移趋势,女性髂嵴连线位置随身高、体重的增长呈上移趋势。结论成人髂嵴连线所经脊柱水平与身高、体重有关。 Objective To study the correlation between the adult spine level which was passed by the intercrestal line and height,weight of that adult. Methods 161 local adults were selected,to observe their spin level which was passed by the intercrestal line on plain radiographs of the lumbar spine in horizontal position,then to analyze the correlation between height,weight and above data. Results With the increase of height and weight, the position of the connecting position of the male iliac crest has a downward trend, and the position of the female iliac ridge was increased with the increase of height and weight. Conclusion The adult spine level which was passed by the intercrestal line is related to ones' height and weight.
