摘要
引航员登离船装置是船舶十分重要的设施。在船舶的实际营运过程中,设置引航员登离船装置可以方便引航员上下船,保证引航员的人身安全。从船舶检验和审图的角度,总结归纳了引航员登离船装置的国际规则要求,并结合实际对现有问题进行了分析,为船舶的引航员登离船装置的设计、布置和检验提供有价值的参考。
Pilot transfer arrangements are very important on ships, by which it is convenient for the pilot to go embarkation or disembarkation and the pilot personal safety is ensured in actual operation.From the view of ship survey and plan approval, international codes of pilot transfer arrangements were summarized and some issues were elaborated based on actual situation, giving some valuable references for the design, lay out and inspection of pilot transfer arrangements.
