摘要
本文采用自行研制的氧化絮凝复合床 ( OFR)对电脑废水进行了处理 ,探讨了催化剂种类、槽电压、极距、空气流量及絮凝剂对处理效果的影响。实验表明 :在最佳条件下 ,电脑废水的 COD去除率高达 92 .1 2 % ,经絮凝处理后水的水质优于国家一级排放标准。
Treatment of computer processing wastewater with oxide-flocculation reactor was investigated. Variety of operating conditions, such as cell voltage, distance between main electrodes, airflow and various catalysts, are explored to ascertain their respective effects on the treatment efficiency. At the optimal operation condition, COD removal rate of computer processing wastewater was higher than 92.1% within 20min. This technique has many potential advantages, such as simple process, effective removal rate and being easy to apply to practice industrial wastewater treatment.
