实时X线监控泌尿外科手术床在输尿管软镜碎石术中的应用 被引量:1

The application value of the urology surgery bed with X-ray real-time monitor in flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy

摘要 目的探讨泌尿外科手术床在输尿管软镜碎石术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院及河南省职工医院2012年11月至2015年11月应用电子输尿管软镜进行钬激光碎石的565例肾结石患者资料,其中术中使用泌尿外科手术床患者290例,未使用泌尿外科手术床患者275例,比较两组各项手术指标。结果未使用泌尿外科手术床组寻及结石平均时间(6.7±1.0)min,手术平均时间(46±5)min,手术并发症发生率2.5%(7/275),单次手术成功率92.7%(255/275);使用泌尿外科手术床组寻及结石平均时间(4.8±1.1)min,手术平均时间(36±5)min,手术并发症发生率0%,单次手术成功率98.3%(285/290),使用泌尿外科手术床组各指标优于未使用泌尿外科手术床组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜联合泌尿外科手术床能更精准找到目标肾盏,缩短手术时间,提高手术的安全性和成功率。 ObjectiveTo discuss the application value of the urology surgery bed with X-ray real-time monitor in flexible ureteroscopical lithotripsy. Methods Clinical data of 565 patients with kidney stone who received holmium laser lithotripsy with electric flexible ureteroscope during November 2012 to November 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Henan Provincal Zhigong Hospital, include 290 patients who used the urological surgical bed during the surgery and 275 patients who did not, were analyzed retrospectively and compared.Results In the unused urological surgical bed group, the mean time of finding the stone was (6.7±1.0) min, average time of surgery was (46±5) min, the incidence of surgical complication was 2.5% (7/275), and the success rate of a single operation was 92.7% (255/275). In the urological surgical bed group, the mean time of finding the stone was (4.8±1.1) min, average time of surgery was (36±5)min, the incidence of surgical complication was 0%, and the success rate of a single operation was 98.3% (285/290), every data of the used urological surgical bed group showed superior to the unused (P〈0.05).Conchusions Flexible ureteroscope combined with urological surgical bed can lead to precise location of target kidney stone, reduce operation time, and improve safety and success rate of the operation.
