摘要
文章针对智慧港口信息系统建设中面临的问题进行分析,从业务需求和技术需求的角度分析港口的信息化建设,对智慧港口建设最终要达到的业务上的效果做出梳理.智慧港口综合信息系统设计和应用的核心目的必须是提高客户服务水平和提高业务效率,为企业和产业的发展战略服务.系统设计的技术核心是信息共享和资源整合,系统需要解决关键问题是面向客户的技术开发、确保货运安全和交易安全、以及公共部门(政府)与企业间的协同运作.技术本身并没有优劣之分,而协同运作才是确保技术标准化、规范化和可持续发展的唯一途径.
In this paper, the problems on the construction of integrated smart port information system were ana- lyzed, the ultimate effect on the business about integrated smart port information system construction, from the perspective of the business requirements for information technology, were combed and were made clear. The main goal of integrated smart port information system must be to improve customer service level, to improve bus- iness efficiency, and to facilitate for the development of enterprise and industry. The core of the system is infor- mation sharing and resources integration. The key issues that the system need to deal with are to develop cus- tomer-oriented technology, to ensure the safety of freight and transaction, as well as to keep cooperative opera- tion between public sector （government） and enterprises. Technology itself does not have advantages and disad- vantages, but the collaborative operation is the only way to ensure the standardization and sustainable develop- ment of technology.
