摘要
目的：探讨早期功能锻炼对脑血栓患者的影响。方法：选择2012年1月~2015年12月我院收治的脑血栓患者100例,随机将患者等分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组实施早期功能锻炼护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的Mo CA评分、语言功能评分、肢体功能评分,并对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果：干预后,两组患者的Mo CA评分、语言功能评分、肢体功能评分均较干预前明显提高（P〈0.05）,且干预后观察组的Mo CA评分、语言功能评分、肢体功能评分较对照组均明显更高（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在脑血栓患者的临床治疗过程中,实施早期功能锻炼护理干预可有效改善患者的语言功能、肢体功能以及认知功能,同时还能改善患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective： To discuss the influence of early function rehabilitation on the patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods： Selected 100 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected,and equally divided into control group and observation group at random,to respectively receive conventional therapy and early function rehabilitation nursing intervention. The two groups of patients were compared in Mo CA score,language function score,and limb function score before and after intervention,and also they were compared in satisfaction with nursing. Results： After the intervention,both of the groups had a significant improvement in Mo CA score,language function score,and limb function score（ P〈0. 05）,and also,the observation group was obviously superior to the control group in Mo CA score,language function score,and limb function score（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction with nursing of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment process of patients with cerebral thrombosis,the implementation of early function rehabilitation nursing intervention could effectively improve the language function,limb function and cognition function of patients,and also improve their satisfaction with nursing service.
