放电等离子烧结工艺对Mn_3O_4性能的影响 被引量:3

The properties of Mn_3O_4 synthesized by spark plasma sintering

摘要 本文研究了放电等离子烧结的温度、压力、保温时间对Mn_3O_4的结构、致密度和介电性能的影响。借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、阻抗仪等对放电等离子烧结后的Mn_3O_4的结构和性能进行了表征,利用阿基米德原理测量了样品的密度。结果表明,保温时间对Mn_3O_4的物相、结构和性能影响最大,其次依次是烧结温度和烧结压力。实验结果表明,烧结温度700℃、烧结压力70 MPa、保温时间5 min获得的材料的致密度最高,可达95%,而且样品的介电性能最好,相对介电常数可达252。 Mn3O4 was synthesized by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technology and effects of the sintering temperature, applied pressure and holding time on the structure, density and dielectric properties of Mn3 O4 were studied. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and impedance analyzer were used to analyze the structure, morphology and dielectric properties of Mn3 O4. Sample density measurement was carried out on Archimedes principle. The holding time has a significant influence on the properties of Mn3O4 and followed by sintering temperature, applied pressure. The sample is densified to 95% by the SPS process, and the relative dielectric constant is up to 252 with the sintering temperature 700 ℃ , applied pressure 70 MPa and holding time 5 min.
