摘要
以涤纶 (PET)废料为原料进行醇解 ,缩聚合成了不饱和聚酯树脂 ,研究了反应温度、反应时间、物料配比、苯乙烯混合量等对反应及树脂性能的影响 ,确定了适宜的工艺条件。结果表明 :所得树脂性能优于市售同类 191#树脂 ,不仅使废料得到利用 ,同时可降低生产成本 。
By using dacron waste as raw materials,through alcoholysis and polycondensation,UP resin is synthesized in this paper.The effects of reactive temperature,reactive time,the ratio of reactive substances and the content of styrene in mixture on the reaction and resin properties were investigated,the favorable reactive condition was found.The results show that the UP resin properties are better than No.191 resin and this method can reduce the production cost of UP resin and obtain economic and social benefits.
