摘要
目的观察壮药穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿秋季腹泻临床疗效。方法 74例脾胃虚弱型小儿秋季腹泻患儿,随机分为2组;观察组37例采用壮药穴位贴敷治疗,对照组37例采用蒙脱石散治疗,比较总体疗效。结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);结论壮药穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿秋季腹泻治疗效果优于蒙脱石散对照组。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine acupoint application therapy in treating infantile autumn diar-rhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods 74 cases of infantile diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach patients were randomly divided into two groups. 37 cases in the observation group were given Zhuang medicine acupoint application. The control group of 37 cases was given Montmorillonite powder. The overall curative effect was compared. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Zhuang medicine acupoint application in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach is better than that of the control group with Montmorillonite powder.
