摘要
目的观察针刺联合推拿治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床效果。方法选取90例患者,分为A、B、C组,A组采用针刺结合推拿治疗,B组采用针刺治疗,C组采用推拿进行治疗,对比3组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 A组临床痊愈率为66.7%,总有效率为93.3%;B组临床痊愈率为46.7%,总有效率为66.7%;C组临床痊愈率为40.0%,总有效率为73.3%。A组的痊愈率和总有效率均高于B,C 2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合推拿治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage therapy in the treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods 90 cases of patients were divided into group A, group B and group C. Group A received acupuncture combined with massage therapy. Group B received acupuncture treatment. Group C was treated with massage therapy. The clinical therapeutic effect of the three groups was compared. Results The clinical cure rate and the total effective rate of group A was 66.7% and 93.3%.The clinical cure rate and the total effective rate of group B was 46.7% and 66.7%, respectively. The clinical cure rate and the total effective rate of group C was 40.0% and 73 3%, respectively. The clinical cure rate and the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage therapy in the treatment of discogenic low back pain has obvious effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
