摘要
目的观察"八会穴"为主埋线对膝骨性关节炎患者生存质量的影响。方法 60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用八会穴为主穴位埋线,每次间隔15 d,2次后观察结果;观察组应用普通针刺治疗。治疗前后,采用健康状况调查问卷SF-36评分和随访复发率评价患者生存质量。结果治疗前,2组躯体健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组躯体健康评分明显升高,治疗组躯体健康评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组躯体疼痛、总体健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组躯体疼痛、总体健康评分明显降低,治疗组评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后6个月随访,治疗组复发3例,占总例数10%;对照组复发14例,占总例数46.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八会穴为主穴位埋线治疗膝骨性关节炎能够明显改善患者生存质量,远期疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the influence of eight influential points acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. Patients in the treatment group were given eight influential points acupoint catgut embedding therapy. The results were observed after 2 times at intervals of 15d. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy. Before and after treatment, the patients were assessed by the SF-36 score, and the followed-up recur/ence rate Was used to evalfiate the quality of life. Results PF scores of the two group were not statistically significant before treatment （P〉 0.05） . PF scores of the two groups increased significantly after treatment, the PF scores of the treatment group was significantly higher than that ot~ the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . The BP and GH scores of the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment （P〉0.05） . The BP and GH scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, the BP and GH scores of the treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Each group was followed-up 6 months, 3 cases relapsed in the treatment group, accounted for 10%, 14 cases relapsed in the treatment group, accounted for for 46.67%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05） . Conclusion The eight influential points acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, long-term curative effect is reliable, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
