摘要
目的探讨中药(温中止泻汤)在治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法选取寿光市人民医院2012年2月—2015年10月门诊腹泻型肠易激综合征病人64人,患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组使用双岐三联活菌0.63 g,每日2次,加复方谷氨酰胺2片,每日3次,共10 d,治疗组使用自拟中药温中止泻汤治疗10 d。结果对照组腹泻缓解率为81.25%,治疗组腹泻缓解率为90.625%,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自拟温中止泻汤在治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的腹泻等症状方面有较好效果。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（Wenzhong Zhixie decoction） in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS）. Methods Selecting 64 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients in Shouguang People＇s Hospital from February 2012 to October 2015, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group used Bifid Triple live bacteria 0.63 mg bid and glutamine 2 pills for 10 days. The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine（Wenzhong Zhixie decoction） for 10 days. Results The remission rate of diarrhea in the treatment group was 81.25%, the remission rate of diarrhea in the control group was 90.625%, and there were significant differences between the treatment group and control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect in the treatment of diarrhea than the control group.
