摘要
国医大师孙光荣出身于中医世家,幼秉庭训,擅长中医内科、妇科、肿瘤等疑难杂症的诊治,临床经验丰富。其临证处方,注重形神一体、气血调和、升降相因、出入相衡、阴阳相扣,以达中和,最终实现阴平阳秘、精神乃治。重形神、调气血、平升降、衡出入的学术思想运用于脏腑、经络、皮肉、筋骨各类疾病的调理,通过调理气机的升降出入,实现气血升降失衡后的新稳态。我们在治疗中医外科病、皮肤病患者中,运用孙光荣学术思想对经方进行加减化裁,取效颇多。本文仅对运用孙光荣学术思想化裁麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗疮疡病做一介绍。
Sun Guang-rong was born in a traditional Chinese medicine family, specializes in internal medicine, gynecology, cancer and other incurable diseases diagnosis and treatment. The clinical prescriptions pay attention to the body and spirit, regulate qi and blood promotion and demotion, access to the balance of yin and Yang, and take them to achieve neutralization and balance. That in the viscera, meridians, flesh and bones of various diseases, by regulating qi lifting entry, the imbalance of qi and blood to new steady state. This paper only focuses on the use of the academic thought of Sun Guangrong Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in the treatment of pyocutaneous disease.
