摘要
半焦为煤的衍生品,具有燃煤的特性,但其燃烧特性又与典型的燃煤有所不同。为了全面掌握半焦作为动力用煤的燃烧性能,将10余种半焦的煤质特性和燃烧性能与原煤进行了比对分析及相关性研究。结果表明,半焦的着火温度低于相同挥发分的常规煤种,其着火性能受原煤煤种影响较大,并与挥发分含量具有较高的相关性。据此,给出了半焦煤粉气流着火温度(IT)的相关拟合公式和着火性能判别的简易指标,可为半焦锅炉设计及现役锅炉掺烧提供参考。
Semi-coke is derivatives of coal, it has coal's characteristics, but there is still some difference from the coal especially in combustion performances. In order to fully grasp the combustion properties of semi- coke as fuel for pulverized-coal-fired boiler,comparative analysis was carried out for more than 10 kinds of semi-coke and the raw coal. The results show that, the ignition temperature of semi-coke was lower than that of the coal with the same volatile content, and the semi-coke's ignition performance was seriously af- fected by the raw coal kind and was highly related to the raw coal's volatile content. Moreover,a appropri- ate formula of ignition temperature and simple discrimination index for semi-coke's ignition characteristics was proposed. This conclusion can provide references for design of semi-coke boiler and semi-coke blending in serviced boiler.
