摘要
永磁同步电动机近年来在火力发电厂得到推广应用,本文对某台磨煤机改装永磁同步电动机进行了节能评估试验,主要测试不同煤量下磨煤机分别安装永磁同步电动机和异步电动机的有功及无功功率,并将2种电动机的功率参数进行对比。结果表明,磨煤机装配永磁同步电动机相对异步电动机综合节电率为9.46%。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been adapted by thermal power plants in re- cent years gradually. According to an energy saving evaluation test for a PMSM used on a coal mill, this pa- per evaluated the energy saving result of the PMSM. The energy saving effect of the PMSM was analyzed by measuring and comparing the active power and reactive power of the PMSM and asynchronous motor on a coal mill under conditions with different coal volumes. The test result shows that, compared with the coal mill equipped with asynchronous motor, the comprehensive energy saving rate of that equipped with the PMSM is 9.46%.
