摘要
目的探讨前列腺炎患者血清中免疫球蛋白水平与症状评分及治疗效果的关系。方法选择2014年7月-2015年7月在本院诊断为前列腺炎的患者60例,检测患者血清中IgA、IgG、IgM水平,采用慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)来探讨前列腺炎患者症状严重程度,对比治疗效果不同患者血清中免球蛋白水平,并探讨IgA、IgG、IgM与患者前列腺症状评分的关系。结果IgA、IgG、IgM高水平组患者疼痛评分、排尿评分、生活质量评分和CPSI总评分高于IgA、IgG、IgM低水平组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例患者中显效17例,有效29例,无效14例,显效患者IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于有效、无效患者,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IgA、IgM、IgG水平与疼痛评分、排尿评分、生活质量评分、CPSI总评分及治疗效果均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论前列腺炎患者血清免疫球蛋白水平与患者症状及治疗效果呈正相关。
Objective To explore the relationship of serum immunoglobulin level with the symptom score and treatment effect.Methods 60 hemodialysis patients were selected from July 2012 to July 2015 in our hospital for the detection of IgA,IgG,IgM levels.Chronic prostatitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI） was used to evaluate the symptoms severity of chronic prostatitis,and the therapeutic effect in patients with different serum free ball protein levels was compared.The relationship between IgA,IgG,IgM and prostate symptom score was discussed.Results In the patients with high level of IgA,IgG,IgM,pain score,urination score,score of quality of life and the NIH-CPSI total score were significantly higher than that of low level group of IgA,IgG,IgM,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.60 patients in 17 cases were markedly effective,effective in 29 cases,invalid in 14 cases,and IgA,IgG,IgM levels in effective patients were obviously higher than that of effective patients and ineffective patients,and differences among different groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.IgA,IgM,IgG were positively correlative with pain score,urinary score,quality of life score,CPSI score and therapeutic effect（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level of serum immunoglobulin in patients with prostatitis is positively correlated with the symptoms and therapeutic effect of the patients.
