摘要
根据新疆的煤炭市场形势,结合国家政策,分析了新形势下新疆煤炭企业脱困对策,从煤矿安全生产、科技创新、成本管控、煤炭绿色开发与生态矿山建设、人才管理、干部能力作风建设等方面,提出了新形势下煤炭企业可持续发展的建议和做法,以实现煤炭企业脱困、健康可持续发展。
Based on the coal market situation of Xinjiang, in combination with national policy, this paper analyzes the countermeasures for Xinjiang＇s coal enterprises to extricate from difficult position under new situation, and puts forward suggestions for sustainable development of coal enterprises under the new situation, from the aspects of coal mine safety production, science and technology innovation, cost control, coal green development and ecological mine construction, talent management, cadre ability and attitude construction, etc, so as to realize the coal enterprises to extricate from difficulties and attain healthy and sustainable development.
