摘要
文章首先构建了红色研学旅游基地满意度分析PDCA模型;其次,以陕西、河北、河南三省中开展了红色研学旅行活动的初高中学生的满意度调查及意见反馈数据作为基础,利用SPSS因子分析法,揭示了影响红色研学旅行基地满意度的六大主要因子;最后,文章从六大影响因子角度,提出了红色研学旅游基地的可持续发展策略。
The PDCA model of satisfaction analysis of red educational tourism base is introduced at the very beginning of the paper. Then, based on the results of the satisfaction investigation and feedback from the jun-ior high and senior high students in Shaanxi, Hebei and Henan who have taken part in the red educational tours, the paper reveals the 6 major influencing Victors of the red educational tourism base^s satisfaction with the SPSS Factor Analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward the sustainable development strategies of the red educational tourism bases from the six influencing factors.
