摘要
气液分离器是两管制热回收多联机系统中分流装置里的关键部件,其分离效果直接影响到整个空调系统的性能。为了分析气液分离器的结构并对其进行优化设计,本文基于CFD算法,建立了气液分离器仿真模型,并对仿真结果与试验结果进行了比较分析。分析结果表明,采用本文所设计的结构可以明显加强气液分离器内气液分离效果,显著增加其气侧出口干度。
The separating effect of gas-liquid separator will directly affect the perform-ance and safety of the whole air conditioning system, since the separator was the most im-portant unit of the two tube heat recovery system. In order to analyze these factors and optimize the structure of the gas-liquid separator, in this paper, the simulation model of gas-liquid separator is established based on the CFD algorithm, and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. The research indicated that, the structure of this paper can obviously en-hance the gas-liquid separating effect, and increase the dryness of the gas outlet.
