摘要
目的观察手卡指压式星状神经节埋线治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法将60例哮喘的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,其中治疗组采用手卡指压式星状神经节埋线术为主治疗,对照组采用单纯的穴位埋线治疗。1个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率76.67%,两组总有效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手卡指压式星状神经节埋线术为主治疗哮喘效果明显优于单纯穴位埋线,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To observe he clinical effect of stellate ganglion embedding in the treatment of asthma. Methods 60 cases of patients with asthma were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group used hand-finger pressure-embedding for treatment of stellate ganglion. The control group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding for treatment. After one course of treatment, the clinical curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%, and there was a statistically significant difference between two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The stellate ganglion embedding in the treatment of asthma is significantly better than the simple embedding in therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical experience and promotion.
