Noise environment test and analysis of an aero-engine test cell

摘要 航空发动机试车台噪声控制是试车台设计的关键技术之一,如何针对现有典型试车台开展噪声环境测试和评估,是航空发动机试车台噪声环境研究的一项重要内容,是设计和评估高品质试车台的重要技术手段。在我国典型试车台上,针对大涵道比涡扇发动机开展噪声测试和综合分析,分别完成了发动机噪声源特性分析、进排气塔消声和隔声分析、周围环境噪声分析等,并对试车台降噪设计关键问题进行了探讨,对今后试车台的降噪设计具有重要借鉴意义。 Noise control of an aero-engine test cell has become one of the crucial technologies in the design of test cell. Therefore, the noise surrounding test and analysis, a significant part in the research of the aeroengine test cell, are important means to design and assess high-quality test cell. Based on a certain type of high bypass ratio turbofan engine, noise test and analysis were conducted on a typical test cell. Characteristics of noise source, noise reduction and insulation of inlet and outlet tower, and surrounding noise were analyzed, respectively. In addition, critical issues on the design of test cell noise reduction were discussed, providing significant reference to the future design of test cell noise reduction.
