炉渣粉对砌筑保温砂浆性能的影响

Influence on the Insulation Mortar Performance of Slag Powder Serving as Fine Aggregate

摘要 采用当地主要原材料掺加复合外加剂进行正交实验,依据相关标准测试了砌筑保温砂浆的主要性能,将实验结果与检测机构出具的检测结果进行对比分析,结果表明:实验数据与检测数据符合度较好,即炉渣粉应用于砌筑保温砂浆,不仅具有良好的物理力学性能,还具有相当好的热工性能。另一方面,由于砌筑保温砂浆的主要成分为经过粉碎筛分的炉渣粉,因此,固体废弃物的循环利用不仅降低了建设成本,还对厂矿企业周边起到了环境保护的作用。 The main local raw material and compound admixtures are adopted to conduct orthogonal test. The main performance of thermal-insulation masonry mortar is evaluated according to relevant standards. The conclusion are obtained by comparing the experimental results and testing value from testing organization,which indicates that the experimental results correspond to the testing value. On one hand,applying slag powder to thermal-insulation masonry mortar had not only good physical and mechanical properties,but also had great thermal performance. On the other hand,the main component of thermal-insulation masonry mortar is slag powder which had been grinded and sieved. Therefore,cyclic utilization of solid waste can not only reduce construction cost,but also protect the environment around the industrial and mining enterprises.
