摘要
目的:探讨一次性根管疗法对急性牙髓炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法:2015年】月~2016年1月在清华大学玉泉医院治疗的急性牙髓炎患者86例,以数字法随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用传统根管疗法治疗,观察组则采用一次性根管疗法治疗,对比两组效果及安全性。结果:观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,观察组的疼痛情况显著优于对照组,治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著低于对照组,观察组不良反应及并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管疗法治疗急性牙髓炎具有显著的临床疗效,且安全性较好。
Objective：To study the curative effect of one-time root canal therapy in patients with acute pulpitis and security.Methods：86 cases of patients with acute pulpitis from January 2015 to January 2016 in Yuquan Hospital of Tsinghua University,Were randomly divided into 2 groups（re =43）.The control group was using traditional root canal therapy,observation group was using the disposable root canal therapy,compared two groups of results.Results：TAfter treatment,the levels of TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：One-time root canal therapy in treatment of acute pulpitis has significant clinical efficacy,and safety is good.
