摘要
目的:观察西沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:收集临床诊断为胃肠功能紊乱的患者112例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组56例,观察组采用西沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对照组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,然后对两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分及血生化指标进行分析。结果:观察组患者各项情况均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of gastrointestinal disorders treated by Cisapride combination with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,to provide the reference for the clinical treatment.Methods：112 clinical diagnosis＇ s patients with gastrointestinal disorders were collected from our hospital,then divided into the observation group and the control group by using the random number table method,each group of 56 cases,the observation group was treated by Cisapridecombination with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,while the control group was treated by Flupentixol and melitracen tablets,then the clinical efficacy,self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale score and blood biochemical indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were analyzed.Results：Patients in the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of gastrointestinal disorders treated by cisapride combination with flupentixol and melitracen tablets is significant.
