摘要
学生在校期间,用餐主要在学校食堂,其食品安全管理关乎学生的健康,需加强对学校食堂食品安全的监管,避免学生消化道疾病或食物中毒的发生。但是目前,中小学校食堂食品安全的现状却不容乐观,食品原料质量低、食堂管理混乱等问题较为突出,需要加强对学校食堂食品安全监管,从食品原料、食品加工、器具消毒和卫生管理等方面入手,层层控制和把关,确保学校食堂食品安全,为学生提供安全、营养充足的食品。该文对现阶段我国中小学食堂的安全监管现状、学校食堂食品安全监管的重点以及学校食堂食品安全监管应对措施3方面进行阐述。
At school, the school canteen is the major dinning place for students, and its safety food management concerns the health of students, and we need to enhance the school canteen food safety supervision, avoid the occurrence of the disease of digestive tract and food poisoning. However, the food safety status in the primary and middle school canteens is not optimistic at present, and the issues such as the low food material quality and confused management of school canteens are prominent, and we need to enhance the food safety supervision of school canteens, control the food material, food processing, instrument disinfection and health management thus ensuring the food safety of school canteens and providing the safe and nutritionally adequate food for students. The paper elaborates the safety supervision status of canteen in the primary and middle school, key points of school canteen food safety supervision and school canteen food safety supervision countermeasures.
