大功率牵引逆变器的中频区调制算法对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 轨道交通用大功率车载牵引逆变器开关频率低、调速范围宽,其调制算法通常采用低频区异步调制、基频以上方波调制的方式,而中频区用于实现异步调制与方波调制的过渡,并对逆变器输出谐波特性进行改善。该文对过调制和优化同步调制这两类中频区调制算法进行了研究,从调制性能、应用范围等方面进行了详细的对比分析,并通过仿真和实验进行了验证,结果表明:优化同步调制虽然数字实现相对复杂,但是具有更好的谐波特性,因此具有更广阔的应用前景。 High power traction inverter used in railway transit has the characteristic of low switching fre-quency and wide speed range. The commonly used modulation algorithm is the asynchronous modulation in the low frequency region, and the square wave modulation in fundamental frequency. However, the modulation algorithm in the middle frequency region which is used as the transition between asynchronous modulation and square wave modulation, improving the inverter output harmonic characteristics, is not paid enough attention. The over-modu-lation and optimal synchronous modulation algorithm in the middle frequency region were studied in this pa-per. The modulation performance and application range were compared in detail. Simulation and experiments were carried out to verify the correlation analysis. The results show that the optimized synchronous modulation is rela-tively more complex in digital implementation, but has better harmonic characteristics and wider application pros-pects.
