摘要
目的 :探讨经导管置入 Amplatzer封堵器治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损 (ASD)应用及疗效评价。方法 :5例患者术前经食管超声心动图 (TTE)检查示 ASD直径 2 2～ 32 mm。所有病例均在 X线透视及经食管超声心动图监视下经导管置入 Amplatzer封堵器封堵 ASD。术后 2 4 h、1个月、3个月经胸超声心动图 (TTE)、心电图及 X线胸片观察疗效。结果 :5例封堵器置入均获得成功 ,术中无并发症发生。术后 3个月 TTE随访显示所有 ASD均完全闭合 ,无残余分流。 X线胸片示右心房、右心室缩小 ,肺血减少 ,肺动脉压力降低 ,封堵器位置固定。结论 :经导管置入 Amplatzer封堵器治疗 ASD是一种有效的心脏介入手术方法。具有操作简便、安全、成功率高及封堵效果好等优点。
Object:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect(ASD) using Amplatzer occluder device.Methods:Five patients ASD were treated by transcatheter ASD occulsion with Amplatzer occluder.The mean diameter of ASD was from 22 to 32 mm measured by transesophageal echocardiography (TTE) before procedures.TTE,TTE and fluoroscopy were performed during procedures and 24-hours,1-month and 3-month after the operations to find residual shunt and evaluate the efficacy.Results:All procedures were successful and no complications occurred.The defects in 5 pts were completely occulded and no residual shunt was found in 3-month follow-up.X-ray examination showed that both pulmonary vascularity and the size of heart were improved,pressure of the pulmonary artery was reduced.Conclusions:Transcatheter closure of ASD using Amplatzer occluder is a efficient cardiac intervention method.The operation is simple and safe with a high success rate. [
