摘要
我国煤炭资源分布、生产和消费格局的错位,决定了煤炭运输"西煤东运、北煤南运"特点。煤炭物流运输线路长、节点多、流量大,是煤炭物流系统影响环境的最重要因素,主要表现为空气污染、噪声污染、能源消耗和交通拥挤,因而,绿色运输是煤炭绿色物流系统最重要的功能环节。文章将基于绿色物流思想引入煤炭物流中,梳理我国煤炭物流现状,分析存在的问题,并提出对策与建议。
The dislocation of China's coal resources distribution, the pattern of production and consumption, determines the characteristics of "west east coal transportation, coal transportation from north to south". Coal logistics transportation line length, node number, flow rate, is the most important factor of environment influence of coal logistics system, mainly for air pollution, noise pollution, energy consumption and traffic congestion, therefore, green transportation is the function part of the coal green logistics system is the most important. In this paper, based on the introduction of green logistics in coal logistics, the status quo of China's coal logistics, analysis of existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
