摘要
依托丹锡高速公路经棚至锡林浩特段建设项目,采用Superpave设计方法对ATB-25柔性基层混合料进行级配设计和优化,并制定ATB-25的施工技术和质量控制指标。应用结果表明,沥青稳定柔性基层能有效延缓半刚性基层反射裂缝的扩展时间,防止沥青混凝土路面早期病害的发生。
This research was conducted based on the construction project of G16 highway from Dandong to Xilinhot. The Superpave design method was used to determine asphalt content and optimize the hybrid gradation of applied flexi- ble base. The construction technique and quality control index were also established. Results suggested that asphalt sta- bilized flexible layer can retard the development of reflective cracks which generates in semi-rigid layer,and prevent the occurrence of early disease in asphalt pavement.
