摘要
根据不同体位状态下呼吸事件的发生频率及严重程度,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)分为体位相关性OSAHS和非体位相关性OSAHS。目前,两种OSAHS的临床特征及治疗手段各有其不同的特点,治疗效果也有差异。现对两种OSAHS的临床特征和治疗进行综述。
According to the occurrence and severity of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（ OSAHS） in different body positions,OSAHS can be classified into 2 types,position-related and non position-related,which have different clinical manifestations. At present,there are various treatments for these 2 types of OSAHS,and the therapeutic effects also vary. In this paper,we will reviewthe clinical features and treatments of these 2 types of OSAHS.
