摘要
目的:观察三伏天穴位贴敷疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:对2011年7~8月门诊进行穴位贴敷疗法的反复呼吸道感染患儿282名进行追踪、随访,观察疗效。结果:2012及2013年临床疗效均优于2011年(P<0.05);肺脾气虚型、气阴两虚型及肺胃积热型3型总有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗前后患儿中医证候量化分级积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后患儿反复呼吸道感染每月平均发作次数减少,发作程度减轻(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,所有参与随访的患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数减少(P<0.05),并且治疗后呼吸道感染发生中、下呼吸道感染次数减少(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷能防治小儿反复呼吸道感染。
Objective： To discuss the effects of acupoint application in preventing and treating infantile recurrent respiratory infection （RRTI） in dog days. Methods： All 282 infantile patients with RRTI of acupoint application were given follow-up from July to August in 2011, and then the effects were observed. Results： The clinical effects in 2012 and 2013 were better than these of2011 （P〈0.05）, there were no obvious differences in total effective rate of spleen-lung Qi deficiency type, Qi and Yin deficiency type and heatness in stomach and spleen type （P〈0.05）; compared the qualified and classified management of TCM scores before and after treatment, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）; compared with the before treatment, onset number of infantile with RRTI decreased every month and the degree relieved （P〈0.05）; infantile patients were given follow-up within one year, their onset number decreased （P 〈0.05）, onset of RRI of lower respiratory decreased （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application of summer cure for winter diseases can prevent and treat infantile RRTI.
