摘要
目的研究富含生长因子血浆(PRGFs)在口腔种植GBR手术中的应用价值。方法选择2013年5月-2015年9月在我院进行口腔种植术的患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用经典的"三明治"GBR植骨技术,观察组患者在植入骨粉之前,用PRGFs先行混合骨粉。术后对两组患者疼痛情况,新生骨厚度、密度以及组织学情况进行评估。结果秩和检验结果表明观察组患者术后24h疼痛程度显著低于对照组(u=2.160,P<0.05)。对照组患者在种植术后1个月,3个月和6个月的新生骨厚度和骨密度均较观察组显著偏低(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨组织面积比显著高于对照组(t=18.054,P<0.05);观察组患者结缔组织面积比显著低于对照组(t=2.206,P<0.05)。结论富含生长因子血浆能够提高口腔种植GBR手术的临床疗效,促进骨形成,提高骨密度,缓解疼痛,且对抑制结缔组织的形成具有一定作用,具有较高的临床实用价值。
Objective To study the application value of plasma enriched with growth factor on planting of GBR in oral surgery.Methods 120 cases of oral implant patients cured in our hospital from May 2013 to Sep 2015 were divided into observation group（n=60） and control group（n =60） according to the random number table.Control group using the classic ＂sandwich＂ GBR,the patients in observation group were implanted with PRGFs before plant surgery.The pain,bone density and thickness of two groups were evaluated histologically.Results The rank sum test results showed that the observation group of patients with postoperative pain was significantly lighter than that of control group（u=2.160,P〈0.05）.The bone thickness and bone density in1 th,3th and 6th month of control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The bone tissue Area in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（t=18.054,P〈0.05）;The connective tissue area in observation group was much lower than those of control group（t=2.206,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plasma enriched with growth factor can improve the curative effect of GBR in oral implant surgery,promote bone formation,increase bone density,relief pain,and play a certain role in inhibitting the connective tissue of the form,and has a high clinical practical value.
