摘要
随着智能变电站的大规模推广,户外智能控制柜得到广泛应用。为了保证柜内智能设备在户外高温高湿、多风沙、电磁干扰等恶劣环境下的正常运行,智能控制柜必须解决温湿度控制、柜体防护和电磁屏蔽等环境适应性问题。本文通过多种智能控制柜温湿度控制方案比选,根据不同环境特点给出方案选型结论 ;针对柜体防护设计,阐述柜体结构、材料、密封和风道设计方案和选型依据;并给出户外智能控制柜电磁屏蔽设计思路和具体措施,旨在为今后户外智能控制柜环境适应性方案设计提供借鉴。
With the large-scale promotion of intelligent substation, outdoor intelligent control cabinet is widely used, for outdoor high temperature and high humidity, wind, electromagnetic interference and other harsh environment,The intelligent control cabinet must provide the intelligent devices in the cabinet with a good operating environment, to settle environmental adaptability issues like temperature and humidity control, cabinet protecting and electromagnetic shielding. This paper introduces a variety of intelligent control cabinet temperature and humidity control scheme and provides scheme selection according to different environmental features; As for cabinet protecting design, the paper gives a elaboration of cabinet structure, material, sealing and duct design scheme and the basis for selection and gives design ideas and concrete measures for electromagnetic shielding of outdoor intelligent control cabinet, to provide a reference for the scheme design of outdoor intelligent control cabinet environment adaptability in the future.
