摘要
准东煤为低灰份、低硫、低中灰熔点、高水分、高挥发份、中高热值、高Na、高Ca,属于强结焦性、强沾污性燃料。煤中的高钠含量是导致燃高钠煤锅炉受热面沾污、结渣的主要影响因素。在目前的锅炉设计技术下,采取适当优化措施,同时综合运用运行控制、原料预处理、增加添加剂等都方面的手段,初步可以解决准东煤在煤粉锅炉上燃用问题。
Zhundong coal is a kind of strong-cokeability and contamination fossil fuels, the characteristics of which are low-ash, low-sulfur, low-medium ash fusion point, high-moisture, high volatile, medium-high heat value, high Na and high Ca. The characteristic of high Na is the major factor which lead to the contamination and slagging on the heating surfaces. The problems can be preliminarily solved by the comprehensive application of optimizing Boiler design, operation control, using additive and pretreatment of coal.
