摘要
可重复利用压裂液技术,可节约用水及化学添加剂,减少废液的排放量和处理费用。通过"吉林油田压裂返排液重复利用技术研究与实验"项目的开展,研究可重复利用的压裂返排液技术,利用常规羟丙基瓜胶作为增稠剂,使用可逆交联的交联剂以及专用温度稳定剂实现从冻胶→破胶→冻胶→破胶态的可逆转化。返排液回收再利用,实现压裂液重复利用的目的。
The reusable fracturing liquid technology can save water,chemical agents and reduce the sewage amount and its handing expense.Through project'Technical research and experiment on reusable fracturing liquid technology for Jilin Oilfield',the reusable technology was studied.Taken hydroxypropyl guanidine gum as thickener,reversible cross-linking agent and dedicated temperature stabilizer were used to make the process of'gel freezing to gel breaking'reversible,and the flowback fluid was recycled.
