摘要
终末期肾脏病伴随的消化道症状,是影响生活质量和远期预后的临床问题之一。在广东省名中医黄春林教授的学术思想指导下,针对该问题进行从临床现象到病理生理,从现代医学到中医辨证的全面分析,并提出相应的中医对策,指出临证遣方用药应从抗炎、保护胃肠黏膜、调节胃肠动力、调整肠道菌群结构等环节着手结合辨证选药,既要解决临床症状,更要着眼于改善预后。
Gastrointestinal symptoms, accompanied with end - stage renal disease, impaired patients＇ quality of life and long term outcome. Under the direction of Professor HUANG Chunlin, this paper described this issue from clinical and pathophysiologic perspectives, using both western medicine and Chinese medicine knowledge. Related strategies were raised and targets were established to relieve clinical symptoms and further improve long term outcomes. Chinese herbs that were proved to inhibit inflammation, improve intestinal motility, repair gastrointestinal mucus injuries and improve gut microbiota balance should be preferred.
