摘要
对山东省东营某兔场送检的疑似兔病毒性出血症病料进行细菌学检验、血凝性及特异性鉴定,并进一步进行毒力鉴定和免疫原性测定。结果显示:RHDV DY株对人"O"型红细胞具有高度血凝性,血凝效价为1:4 096,RHDV抗血清可特异性抑制RHDV DY株对人"O"型红细胞的凝集,RHDV DY株对家兔的LD50为10^(-6.5)/m L,是一株对家兔具有高致病力的强毒株。取第5代RHDV DY株制备灭活苗,用1.0m L免疫试验兔,免疫后第14天攻毒,对RHDV的保护率达100%。
A strain of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus was isolated in a Dongying farm, and was named DY strain. A series of tests such as bacteriological examination HA, specificity, virulence and immunogenicity were detected. The results showed that the strain of DY RHDV had high HA activity to human group O red blood cells.The valence could reach to 1：4 096.The serum against RHDV could restrain this activity.The LD50 of RH- DV to rabbits was 10^-6.5/mL.The DY RHDV was a virulent strain to rabbits.The lmL inactivated vaccine made by The fifth generation of RHD DY strain was used to immunize rabbits and the immune protection rate against RHD was 100% on the fourteenth day after vaccination.
