摘要 燃煤电厂湿法脱硫废水属于电厂末端最难处理排水,废水水质受煤质和脱硫工艺补充水的影响,波动较大,具体表现为废水成分复杂、高含盐量、高腐蚀性、回用困难等特点,成为制约电厂脱硫废水零排放的关键因素。通过TMF+DTRO工艺中试实验研究,即管式微滤膜(TMF)+高压碟片式反渗透(DTRO)预处理和膜浓缩实验结果表明该工艺可完全满足现行的脱硫废水零排放要求,可作为将来的工程项目可行性的工艺方案。 The wet desulphurization wastewater of coal-fired power plants is one of the most hard-deal drainage at the end of the plant. Effluent water quality had large fluctuation and affected by coal and desulfurization process of water supplement. The specific performance of wastewater was complex, had high salinity and corrosion resistance, and recycled difficultly, which became the key factors restricting the zero emission of desulfurization wastewater in power plant. Through the study on pilot experiment of TMF + DTRO technology, namely tube decay membrane filter (TMF) + disc type high pressure reverse osmosis (DTRO) pretreatment and membrane concentration experiment results showed that the technique could completely meet the zero emission of desulfurization wastewater requirements, which could be used as the future project feasibility process scheme.
