摘要
对高弹涤纶印花针织物的水洗加工进行了分析研究,对比不同水洗工艺对布面风格、沾色情况、色牢度的影响,优选了水洗工艺。结果表明,高弹涤纶印花针织物的水洗可采用低张力式连续平幅水洗设备加工,水洗效果良好,色牢度较高,不会影响织物手感,能保持织物原有的物理性能,而且可有效防止白地沾污。
The washing process of high elastic polyester prints is analyzed. The influence of washing pro- cess on surface style, staining and color fastness of the fabric is discussed, and the washing process is optimized. The results show that low tension continuous open-width washing process is suitable for high elastic polyester prints with high color fastness, low staining, good handle and mechanical property.
